Inner Banks Sails & Canvas replaced all of my canvas this past year, including a new dodger and frame, a new bimini with attachments for two flexible solar panels, a cradle cover, a windlass cover, and a bag for my hanked-on staysail.  They also made new interior and exterior cushions for me.  It was a big job and everything looks really sharp.  Given the number of people who have stopped to remark about my new canvas, it seems that others tend to agree.  In addition, they suggested adding some additional structural support to my existing bimini frame that removed the need for webbing straps for support (which previously always seemed to get in the way), and suggested a more robust frame for my dodger that adds two critical handholds and much better structural stability than my former frame.  Inner Banks offered very helpful suggestions—including helping me pick out fabric for my cushions—and they addressed concerns of mine in a timely and professional manner.  Overall, they were a pleasure to work with.

New owners Breena and Spencer are absolutely great to work with! Breena made custom cushions for my porch swing and I’ll be hiring them soon to replace the interior cushions of my 1985 Grand Banks trawler. The attention to detail in the sewing work is superb: hidden zippers, piping, fabric stripes aligned perfectly. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to contract with Inner Banks for a full canvas job on my Endeavour 42, Earendil in 2021.  We wanted to convert to a full cockpit ‘long’ bimini with solar mount, handrails, windshield and full enclosure with screens.  We also ordered a cradle cover to match. It took a while, but the results gave us the year round comfort in all conditions we were looking for.  We are delighted with the results.

Breena and Spencer had just taken over Inner Banks and were great, listened to our complex set of needs and delivered.  They have been there for the inevitable adjustments with lots of great suggestions as well.

While I don't typically write reviews of companies, I am compelled to express my experience in doing business with Inner Banks Sails & Canvas. The professionalism, customer service, and quality of product delivered by ownership and staff were well beyond my stringent expectations! They built and installed top quality canvas weather cloth siding and seat covers for my flybridge, as well as, a fabulous aft deck canvas awning/canopy for my Grand Banks Trawler. When an unexpected, violent tropical storm caused slight damage, they responded immediately to schedule repair at no cost.
